B.E.S. (Ramsey) Ltd is a private, freelance estimating service, est. 1991, that specialises in the preparation and pricing of tenders for all types of construction work.

Starting with one or two contacts, we have now worked with more than 30 different contractors, architects and private individuals, on projects ranging from small house alterations and extensions, to large developments and industrial buildings, ranging from £500 - £1,000,000.

We have a vast knowledge of all elements of building, from traditional brick construction, to more modern timber frame and structural panel buildings, and have used this knowledge to offer design suggestions and consequently saving on a variety of projects.
